Who we are
Omada is the growth engine for the world's local businesses. We're a venture-backed startup founded by repeat entrepreneurs and operators from some of the most widely used products online, and we're funded by top-tier VCs and strategic investors who believe local business is the largest underserved market in technology. Omada is live in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Latin America — and growing fast.
The Problem
Local businesses are the backbone of the global economy, and technology has passed them by for twenty years. What they've been offered instead: platforms too complex to run, a dozen overpriced point solutions that don't talk to each other, and agencies that bill like consultants and deliver like interns. Across every category, growth is their #1 challenge — and four of their top five worries trace back to marketing. 76 million businesses, no growth team, no realistic way to hire one.
What we’re building
Omada gives every local business the growth team only big companies could afford. Not software they have to operate — a fully managed service that shows up and does the work: strategy, execution, and expertise on par with any enterprise, at a price Main Street can pay.
Under the hood, Omada is building a multi-agent AI platform — 10s of agents and 100s of skills combining generative AI, proprietary models, and applied ML — to run marketing, sales and bookings, and other core business operations. All with the goal of becoming the default growth system for local businesses.
Role overview
We're hiring a Staff Product Designer onto the founding team to own the design of Omada — the interface an owner uses to direct, review, and trust a team of AI agents working on their business.
There's no playbook for this. In an agentic product the user delegates instead of clicks, output is generated rather than fixed, the system keeps working between sessions, and sometimes it gets things wrong. How someone sets intent, sees what the agents did, judges whether it was any good, and course-corrects are all open questions. You'll answer them — and set the patterns and design system everyone else builds on.
You'll work directly with the founders, product leaders, and engineering leads on what we build, not just how it looks. Depth across UX and visual craft is required. So is the judgment to pick a direction before the information is complete.
